Hope you will like my garden. Planting : words for bulbs and plants, Gods' love and kindness for sturdy stems, poetry for healthy leaves, short stories for plant shape, help from friends for pruning, patience and persistance for beautiful blooms. I am hoping and planning to grow a full fledged author, from this ground.

Good Friends are a Blessing. Red Hats for Jesus is a fun group, so glad to have this fellowship.
The Wednesday Breakfast Club(JEWELS)brought me many wonderful friends. Each one is Special.
The Weekly Writers Guild is a very important part of my life. I am the leader, since Nicholas, had to give it up to work more hours. Thanks for passing the torch to me. Emma, Elsie, Claudette, Judy, Betty Jo, I enjoy writing with you. New interest for us has been gained from joining with other writers at their meetings. Hope to gain lots of new friends there.

prompt was: YOU SEE A FACE
IN A DARK WINDOW.
Everyone read their story. I am
always amazed that each story is
so different. One of our writers is
submitting her story to a magazine.

Re:Publishing with LULU
Thank You Len. Everyone enjoyed
your thorough information. Margie
hope you are feeling better.
3 March 2010
We will read and critique stories
submitted to us. No vulgar or
obscene language, explicit sex or
gory murder scenes. You can use
in your book, not in our sessions.
One to three pages, double spaced.
Twelve copies. Everyone will read
along as the author reads aloud.
Then they will make suggestions
on your pages and return them to
you. This is only to help in
preperation for submission to
markets. Or to help you write a
tighter story. Bring out the very
best in your writing. No speaker
this month. More contest and
submission locations will be
discussed. Everyone interested
in writing is invited.
2 June 2010
Sheriff Roy Cole has been rescheduled. Probably no snow this time of year.
March, April and May he will have been attending Crime Scene Classes.
Make sure to bring others. If you ever write about law enforcement in your book, or short story, this will be valuable information, to keep in your reference files.
